Return Policy

Repairs

We hope that you are delighted with your online jewelry purchases, but, if  your product is damaged , you can send it for repairs within 30 days for all purchases free of charge. You only pay for return shipping. Any item returned after 30 days from the original day of receipt is subject to a repair service charge.  We do not accept returns for any reason with the exception of broken or damaged items.

Be sure to enclose then the original receipt. Specify on the receipt the type of repair you need (ex: fixing clasp, adding beads, spacers...etc). Please allow 1-4 weeks for the repair and delivery back to you, as it will vary depending on the nature of the request.

Enclose the item you are sending, accompanied with all original invoice/receipt/packing slip and ship in a sealed box.

Ship via UPS, Registered U.S. Mail. We recommend insuring the package for the amount you originally paid for the item.
